Return & Refund Policy
At Pure Ayurvedic Care, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Since our products include Ayurvedic oils and herbal supplements, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately after placing the order.
Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only for select products, as mentioned on the respective product pages.
- The standard return request window is 7 days from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise.
- Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
Return Pickup & Shipping
- In locations where reverse pickup service is available, we will arrange a pickup.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our provided return address.
- Any applicable return or exchange shipping charges may be deducted or charged on a case-to-case basis.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
- Original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
- Return or exchange requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
